The Marriott Hotel, in the food processing industry, within the hotel, required a high-efficiency solution for producing hot and cold water simultaneously, optimizing your air conditioning system and generating significant savings in energy consumption.
TECSIR Group implemented a system 500,000 BTU Co-Therm Medium Temperature Heat Pump, capable of producing hot water at 60 °C for swimming pools and domestic use, at the same time that it generates cold water at 7 °C for air conditioning systems. This solution takes advantage of the residual energy of the thermal cycle, maximizing efficiency and reducing gas and electricity dependencies.
The result was a noticeably more efficient operation, with lower operating costs, more sustainability, and a improved thermal comfort for guests. Co-Therm technology strengthened the hotel's energy infrastructure, providing a stable solution aligned with the resort's efficiency goals.
