    With the implementation of this equipment, it was possible to reduce the consumption of LP gas to heat water for services in the rooms by 90%. The instantaneous water heaters are completely off 22 hours a day, working as a support for hot water for rooms only two hours a day.

    This reduction in the consumption of LP gas and electricity due to the high efficiency of the equipment represents a saving for the client of $22,108 USD per month. Currently, the client is provided with 960,000 btu/hr, enough to keep the hot water at 60°C throughout the day, providing this service to the 502 rooms.

    In a long-term rental project with maintenance included, we provided 17 water-cooled chillers for 8 hotels in the Oasis Resorts chain. These units generate more than 3,600 tons of air conditioning in conjunction with cooling towers, guaranteeing efficiency and comfort in each property. In addition, thanks to the use of seawater in the cooling processes, resource consumption is optimized. By choosing our rental model, the hotel chain eliminated investment in assets, which resulted in greater profitability and better management of its capital.

    We developed a Liquefied Gas system for electricity generation on the east coast of Africa, optimizing the use of liquefied natural gas to achieve higher production rates. This project takes advantage of a depleted gas well and handles 200 tons of gas at -40 °C, ensuring efficient and sustainable operation. As a result, savings of approximately 1 million dollars per day have been achieved, maximizing profitability and energy efficiency in the region.

    A cooling and hot water generation system was implemented at Secrets Moxche, located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This solution provides 6MW (1800TR) of cooling to maintain the climate of 1,200 rooms at 7°C, in addition to generating 4.5MW of hot water at 60°C for showers and pools. As an environmental benefit, a reduction of 7,600 tons of CO₂ per year is achieved compared to traditional methods of generating hot water using natural gas.

    A district heating system was implemented at the South False Creek Olympic Village, supplying 25 mixed-use residential buildings with a capacity of 3.5 MW. This sustainable solution allows for a reduction of 6,000 tons of CO₂ annually compared to natural gas heating systems, which is equivalent to the positive impact of planting 250,000 trees. Thanks to its innovation and efficiency, this project was recognized with the prestigious ASHRAE Milton Garland Innovation Award.
