CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS<\/b><\/p>

The User may cancel the purchase of Products made through the Website, provided that the Products purchased have not left the offices of TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. or its suppliers, that is, within the next 24 hours after having made and effected the payment. In the event that the Products have already been sent by TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. or its suppliers, the User may not cancel the purchase made, and will have to follow the procedure presented in the \u201cReturns\u201d section of this cancellation, return and refund policy. The User may check the status of the purchase made by contacting the customer service center of TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. In the event of cancellation of the purchase made by the User, the amount paid by the User will be refunded in accordance with the \u201cRefunds\u201d section of this cancellation, return and refund policy.<\/p>

RETURNS<\/b><\/p>

Return Conditions: The User may return products purchased through the Website, provided that:<\/p>

  • \u00a0Request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, and exclusively for defective products, within the warranty period specified for the purchased products.<\/li>
  • The product(s) must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to the User and, to the extent possible, must be in the original packaging and labeling, or alternatively in a similar format that guarantees their return in perfect condition.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

    The return conditions will be subject to the criteria of the customer service center of TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V., for which reason it may request physical, digital or electronic evidence to validate the condition of the product. Return Process: The return process for the Products will be as follows: The User must contact the customer service center of TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. within the established period requesting the return of the products and providing, first and last name, order number, names of products to be returned, address where the products will be collected. In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product(s) are defective or is a different product from the one purchased through the Website, the User must also express this circumstance, as well as mention, where applicable, the defects of the products, (hereinafter the \"Return Request\"). Once the Return Request has been approved, TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. may send the User a shipping guide through the corresponding shipping company, as well as schedule the date on which the shipping company will pick up the products from the address provided by the User. The User must, where applicable, pack the product in its original box or packaging, print and deliver the guide, as well as the products in their original packaging or box, to the shipping company on the scheduled date.\u00a0<\/p>

    REFUNDS<\/b><\/p>

    If payment was made by debit or credit card, the refund will be issued via a chargeback to the same card used. If payment was made by other means, the refund will be issued via a bank transfer to the User's account. The User will be reimbursed for the cost of the returned products plus the shipping cost paid by the User. TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. is not and will not be responsible for the costs incurred by returns made without following the steps established in the procedure presented in the \"Returns\" section.\u00a0<\/p>

    Term for refunds in case of cancellation; In case of cancellation of the purchase made by the User in accordance with the section \u201cCancellation of the purchase of products\u201d of these Terms and Conditions, TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. must request the User to reimburse the total amount paid by the User within 10 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the User's purchase. Term for refunds in case of return; Once the products returned by the User have been received, TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. will review the returned products. In the event that the products received comply with the characteristics established in point 2 of the section \u201cReturn Conditions\u201d, the Company will have the obligation to return the money paid by the User within 10 calendar days from the day on which TECNOLOGIA EN SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERACION S.A. DE C.V. received the returned products.<\/p>

    WARRANTY<\/b><\/p>

    El Vendedor garantiza al Comprador que los productos fabricados est\u00e1n libres de defectos de material y mano de obra durante un per\u00edodo de un (1) a\u00f1o a partir de la fecha de env\u00edo al Comprador. La responsabilidad del Vendedor y el recurso remedio del Comprador bajo esta garant\u00eda est\u00e1n limitados a\u00a0 reemplazo total, a elecci\u00f3n del Vendedor, de las mercanc\u00edas o partes de las mismas devueltas al Vendedor, las cuales son mostradas a satisfacci\u00f3n razonable del Vendedor como defectuosas; Siempre que el Comprador presente al Vendedor una notificaci\u00f3n escrita de defecto, incluyendo la fecha de compra original, el n\u00famero de serie y el n\u00famero de modelo, dentro de los treinta (30) d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la identificaci\u00f3n del defecto.
